Every tunnel, dome, cylinder and curved window starts life as a flat block of acrylic.
We cast blocks in sizes of 9,3 by 3,1 m and use technologies like
chemical bonding & multi-layer-polymerisation to produce thicker and bigger mega windows
and
thermoforming to create curved or rounded features
